The Coast Guard Foundation honors fallen heroes with a 2022 Virtual Run

The Coast Guard Foundation, a organization that is non-profit to strengthening the Coast Guard community and service by supporting members and families announced today it is sponsoring a virtual Run to keep in mind event on Memorial Day to honor Coast Guard Fallen Heroes and raise support for its tragedy assistance programs.

This year’s event that is virtual be held over Memorial Day week-end, May 27-30, 2022. Coast Guard units, local community groups and partner companies can organize a run, walk or other fitness activity, or people may participate on their own by signing up directly. Participants can support the 2022 Virtual Run to keep in mind by purchasing a commemorative t-shirt bearing the true names of the dropped with a $27 donation. Supporters are encouraged to purchase a t-shirt by May 18 to guarantee delivery by, May 27 friday.

Once completed, individuals can share their task on social media marketing using the hashtags #runtoremember, #fallenheroes and #weremember when creating a post, since well as tag the Coast Guard Foundation on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or LinkedIn. Participants can also direct message a photograph of their group in cost Remember tees on all media that are social or send it to Sage Williams at swilliams@coastguardfoundation.org.
