Whereas most of us had been compelled to remain house, seafarers continued to make sure that items had been delivered in the course of the pandemic. Extra importantly, the identical seafarers continued to guarantee that saving lives remained a prime precedence. This private-public partnership is what is required in occasions of adversity, and I’m so pleased we are able to acknowledge the courageous women and men who’ve answered the decision or made themselves obtainable for search and rescue all over the world.
