Tecon Suape earlier this month saw a record call, when the 10,798 teu vessel APL DUBLIN called at the port of Suape in the Brazilian state of Pernambuco.

According to Tecon Suape, which is part of the ICTSI Group of the Philippines, the vessels operated by CMA CGM moved around 1,500 containers during their visit.

The APL DUBLIN visited Suape as part of an overseas voyage from Asia to the east coast of South America. From Suape, the ship continued to Brazil’s main port, Santos. The APL DUBLIN built in 2012 is 347.00 m long and 45.20 m (18 rows) wide.

Tecon Suape was launched in 2002 and operates under a 30-year concession to ICTSI. The terminal has a 935 m quay and a design capacity of 0.72 Mteu per year.
